Every 2Lambs order is made to order — your item is printed after you check out. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Here's what to expect:
Production time
Most orders are printed, packed, and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. During busy stretches it can take a little longer — if it does, we'll keep you posted.
Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking information. Shipping speed and cost depend on the method you choose at checkout — rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your address, on top of production time.
Order problems
If your package arrives damaged, or something is wrong with your order, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
