Because every item is printed to order just for you, we can't take returns for change of mind — but if something is actually wrong, we've got you covered.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
Sizing
Our blanks run small. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. We can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing since each piece is made to order.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most show up within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
